This maintenance window is scheduled to perform a detailed diagnostic investigation into the reported intermittent network latency and packet loss affecting connectivity between our points of presence (PoPs) in India (IN) and Singapore (SG). The primary goal is to identify the root cause of the performance degradation to plan a targeted remediation
